Short Bio

IT is a second career path for Sharlene who started out as a forensic osteologist before entering the Calgary IT market in 1997 as a Multimedia designer. After this she’s been lucky enough to carry the roles of Digital Wizard, Lead Designer, Team Lead, Project Manager, Implementation Specialist, and Cat Herder; mostly in the world of web application development. Her most recent year was spent coordinating/managing a team of SOA architects, programmers, and (overall) interesting people.
