Short Bio

Started experimenting with “lightweight” methods in 1999, heard about XP and got excited, and have remained enthused ever since.

Currently Chief Knowledge Engineer at Software Education, responsible for course development and delivery in the Project Management, Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering and Software Testing areas. Currently guiding the development of the Software Education Agile Practice.

Completed a Master’s degree in 2007, guided the implementation and was then able to study the benefits and challenges that came about when implementing Agile techniques (elements of Scrum with XP) in an ERP vendor in Melbourne, Australia.
